With a wrist computer, he can quantify his abilities like in an RPG (and even choose what to "level up"!); in the streets of the Tokyo Agglomeration, elves, vampires, sentient humanoid robots, and other seemingly fictional beings stroll alongside Japanese citizens and foreigners. Law and order, along with the police, are upheld by... high school superheroes!? Well, it seems he has no choice but to adapt to this bizarre new reality.
